Our private car service includes door-to-door ground transportation to-and-from locations of

your choice (e.g., airports, work places, restaurants, private residences ... etc.). Service is booked

in advance and is guaranteed. If we fail to deliver timely 5-Star service in any way, your

transport is FREE of charge. Exceptions are limited only to circumstances beyond our control

(e.g., unplanned road closures, airport shut-downs, etc.).

Our base fare is $1.80 per minute plus-or-minus any applicable surcharges or discounts. Drive

time is based upon Good-Faith MapQuest Estimates. For example: from Festival Hall (Racine,

WI) to Milwaukee International Airport, the fare would be $64.80 [i.e., MapQuest

Estimate of 36 minutes x $1.80]. Extreme hours, holidays and other special circumstances may

incur surcharges. Medical and Bereavement Emergencies may incur compassionate discounts.

Once your booking request is formalized, you will be emailed an Invoice. You will be asked to

immediately satisfy a 20% deposit to secure your requested booking with the balance due upon

transport. We accept all major credit/debit cards (preferred), Zelle payments, and cash.

You should book private car service as soon as possible—the earlier the better. We honor a strict

first-come-first served policy.

Yes ... The primary passenger(s) may be different from the person financially responsible.

Our private car service can accommodate from one to twelve passengers.

We provide private car service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

For our standard private car service, we use 2025 Nissan Rogues (Intermediate SUV) and 2025

Nissan Sentras (Low-Entry). We procure other vehicle types whenever situations dictate (e.g.,

premium luxury cars, extended-cab SUVs, multi-passenger vans, ... etc.).

Our vehicles are properly insured and endorsed through State Farm Insurance Company

including liability coverage of $300,000.

We provide private car service in Southeast Wisconsin (i.e., Milwaukee, Kenosha/Racine, and

Lake Geneva).

We provide car seats upon request at a nominal surcharge. However, for liability purposes, the

primary passenger must be responsible for installation.

No ... Smoking, vaping and the use of alcohol is strictly prohibited during private car service.

We love pets! However, we ask that they be properly restricted and groomed so as not to

inconvenience subsequent passengers.

You may cancel at anytime for any reason. However, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
